As a Team Leader for our kiosks at Leksand Sommarland, you will become an integral part of summer's most energetic environments, where the scent of popcorn, fresh cotton candy, and ice cream meets happy guests every day. Here, you lead an engaged team at a fast pace and create a work environment where service, joy, and structure go hand in hand. You coach, support, and guide the team in everything from upselling to efficient workflow operations, while also being actively involved in the daily operations yourself.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead the team in the kiosks and ensure smooth operations
• Daily coaching and support for employees in areas such as upselling, guest interaction, and work routines
• Daily operational work in the daily running of the kiosks
• Create safety and security within the team through clear communication and support
• Optimize staffing in consultation with the Food & Beverage Manager
• Regular check-ins with the F&B Manager
• Ensure that routines, hygiene requirements, and guidelines are followed
• Conduct exit interviews with employees

Your Profile

We are looking for you who are a natural leader with a big heart for service. You are confident, responsible, and have an easy time structuring, prioritizing, and keeping your cool even when the pace is high. You are motivated by developing others, building team spirit, and being the one who shows the way in both guest interaction and work methods. You have previous experience from supervisory roles within kiosks/restaurants, are efficient, proactive, and communicate clearly in both Swedish and English.

Working hours vary according to the kiosks' opening hours, so there is work during the day, evenings, and weekends. The employment is a seasonal position at 80-100% and the summer season runs from June to August. Salary and other terms according to the collective agreement with Vista-HRF Gröna riksavtalet.

About Us

The amusement park Leksand Sommarland in Dalarna is a real adventure for families with children during the summer. Behind the gates awaits a large selection of activities and attractions. Some of our most popular attractions are the Wipeout track in Siljan, Laser tag, High ropes courses for all ages, and of course our Waterland with heated pools and twisting water slides. Our 250 summer staff welcome up to 6000 guests per day.
